8. User Authentication and Third-Party Sign-In Data

We provide the option to create and log into your account using third-party authentication services, specifically Google Sign-In and Sign in with Apple.

When you choose to register or log in using these services, we collect certain personal information directly from the respective provider, which may include:

• Your name
• Your unique user identification token
• Your profile picture URL (where applicable)

8.2 How We Use This Data

This authentication data is used solely for the following operational purposes:

• To securely create, verify, and manage your Haven account.
• To personalize your user profile within the app.
• To communicate essential account-related notices and updates.

We do not use your third-party sign-in data for marketing purposes, nor do we ever sell, rent, or trade this information with third-party advertisers or data brokers.

8.3 Data Retention and Deletion Requests

We retain this login data only for as long as your account remains active. You maintain full control over your personal data at all times.

If you wish to revoke access or completely delete your account and all associated authentication data from our systems, you can do so by:

• Navigating to your Profile Settings menu directly within the Haven app and selecting Delete Account.
• Submitting a formal data deletion request via email to our team at hello@my-haven.com.

Upon receiving a request, your personal data will be permanently and securely purged from our active databases within 30 days.
